    In this position, you will receive a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average. Key responsibilities include servicing existing clients, exploring new business prospects (B2B), supervising team performance, training new team members, providing daily activity reports through our Salesforce-based CRM, and focusing on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    We are looking for individuals with superb organizational skills, keen attention to detail, excellent time management abilities, well-honed supervisory and leadership qualities, skill in task prioritization and delegation, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment. A strong desire to assist others, foster relationships, contribute positively to the community, combined with sales or customer service experience, self-motivation, goal orientation, and familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce, are highly desirable.
