- Lead a team of operators within an assigned contract.
- Manage contract and operations at the customer site to ensure safety, compliance, and financial performance.
- Oversee the operations of Sea Water RO treatment plant, MMF, Brackish Water RO system, Deox and IE operations, and Drinking water system.
- Supervise, evaluate, and assist in staffing and developing the site team.
- Communicate effectively with customers, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for operational metrics including safety performance, employee utilization, costs, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- BS degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- State of California Drinking Water license (T2 or T1 with ability to attain T2 within 6 months).
- Significant experience in Industrial RO facility operation and maintenance, along with supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of management practices, technical reports, and regulations.
- Strong mathematical and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and software.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information.
- Experience in large-scale equipment commissioning and operations.
- Previous leadership experience in a field-based team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to lead change and influence others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Office applications.
