    As the Administrative Analyst with this leading corporation in the healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in updating and analyzing the scheduling system for numerous physicians. The team is seeking a candidate with previous experience in the healthcare industry, proficient in Excel, and quick to adapt to new technologies post-training. If you possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and top-notch customer service abilities, this position could be perfect for you. The company provides fantastic benefits and the flexibility to work remotely 3-4 days a week.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular surveys and analyze data to address complex administrative and scheduling challenges.
    • Handle inquiries related to scheduling, time off requests, and other assigned tasks.
    • Determine minimum physician staffing requirements and consider cross-functional roles for scheduling purposes.
    • Develop comprehensive schedules in compliance with legal standards and industry-specific guidelines.
    • Monitor and document employee hours for payroll processing.
    • Assist in training new team members on database utilization and data management in spreadsheets; troubleshoot ongoing technical discrepancies.
