Qualifications Responsibilities Skills
- Create welcoming environment delivering attentive friendly service greeting clients entering branch making feel appreciated managing lobby traffic checking waiting queue scheduling canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations assisting day-to-day transactions open new accounts while complying policies procedures regulatory banking requirements.
- Educate clients leveraging self-service options e.g. Chase Mobile App ATMs help their banking needs whenever wherever however they want.
- Build meaningful relationships actively listening asking thoughtful questions demonstrating empathy sharing product knowledge solutions introducing team experts help achieve financial goals.
