    Yes, we deal with Mortgages, but that's not all that defines us. Back in 2008, Movement caused a stir in the industry with its groundbreaking 6-7-1 mortgage process. Fast forward to 2023, and we were at it once again, spearheading the launch of Impact Lending – a whole new ball game in the lending sector. Essentially, any mortgage lender that pledges a minimum of 10% of its profits to enhance the communities it operates in can be termed as an Impact Lender.

    INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • This is going to be a 10-week paid internship with the potential for a full-time role after its successful completion.
  • The internship will take place at our Tucson office premises.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve effective resolution of business challenges by extending and enhancing Movement's software
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, business heads, stakeholders, and customers to grasp their strategic and operational requirements and morph them into product specifications.
  • Play a role in shaping and disseminating the product vision, strategy, and objectives for your domain.
  • Establish and maintain a transparent and neatly structured product backlog, ensuring precise and estimated user stories grounded in business worth and technical interdependencies aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Forge strong ties with the development crew, partake in team rituals, provide clarifications on user stories, and ensure harmony with the product vision.
  • Develop process flow blueprints and business prerequisites
  • Actively supervise deployment content, conduct tests to assure platform robustness during and post releases
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to steer forthcoming product evolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales squads to devise go-to-market schemes and propel product acceptance.
  • Conduct market studies and competitor analyses to spot openings and industry patterns.
  • Dispense periodic progress reports on the product to stakeholders and the product cohort.
  • Demonstrate system demos, training sessions, focus groups, and business powwows with confidence
  • If needed, deliver day-to-day escalation and system backing to end users
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess robust interpersonal skills and proficiency in stakeholder management
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with team members, other departments, senior management, and affiliates
  • Capable of upholding acute attention to detail, multitasking, and functioning effectively under pressure
  • Display a natural curiosity, positivity, and innovative outlook
  • Efficiently adapt and steer changes within the professional domain
  • Show genuine empathy towards customers and a dedication to delving deep into the challenges they surface or undergo
  • Capable of formulating decisions based on data insights and prioritize tasks according to business value.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • The salary range envisaged for this position falls between:

    $ $23.00

    The remuneration package may fluctuate in different locations based on market distinctions. The final compensation decision will hinge on experience and other factors as permitted by law.
