- 2-10 years of technical experience in transportation design
- EI or Florida professional engineer license preferred
- Roadway-design experience preferred
- Proficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, OpenRoads, 3D corridor modeling, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating design phases of transportation projects
- FDOT experience preferred
- Ability to manage and take responsibility of technical work content
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including proposal and report writing
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and cooperative with clients and internal staff
