Description

Unit Process development (Diffusion Engineer) () /?Work at Bucheon FAB in Korea to support SiC&Sipower technology development programs.
Develop unit process formulation including Films/Materials/Tools/Metrology to provide the best condition in diffusion area.
Optimize process conditions for input/output quality, Cpk control, manufacturability, and productivity.
Solve chronic issues of wafer processes& device characteristics while collaborating with process integration, equipment engineering, and design side.
Hands-on work expert in FAB unit processes of pre-clean and diffusion area. Extended skillset of LP-process, Wet etch, Lamp/Laser anneal, or other process area would be beneficial.
