Maxim Healthcare in White Heath IL is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes Competitive Pay Weekly Paychecks Health Dental Vision HSA and Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Savings Plan Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process to plan implement and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services Initiates the plan of care when directed requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status needs change Incorporates therapeutic preventive rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis established goals Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition reports such changes to appropriate physician supervisor Administers medications treatments as prescribed monitors documents effectiveness of intervention Reviews plan of care program protocols identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education care coordination goal setting discharge planning needs Requirements Current Registered Nurse RN License state practices Current Health Certificate facility Registered Nurse RN contract state regulation Current PPD Chest X-Ray Current BLS card One year prior Registered Nurse RN experience preferred
