Job Description:
Location- Nevada- Travel between all 5 VHS Hospitals
This position is responsible to assist the Network Engineer in the design, implementation and maintenance of Local
(LAN), Metropolitan (MAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN), the associated equipment, and any related software or
pplications. Assists the Network Engineer in the process of engineering and anticipating network bandwidth and
security requirements. Assists the Network Engineer in the process of designing and monitoring network security,
disaster recovery and other related processes, policies and procedures for the Valley Health System.

Education Associates Degree in computer science or management information systems (work experience
or professional certification may be substituted)
Experience Direct experience assisting in the process of setting up a security solutions.
Technical Skills Direct knowledge of Cisco Networking products and operating systems.
License/Certification Working towards CCNA
