- Support Inventory Control activities as needed. (Printing Label for Location Management, Logistic Engineering, ECN's, etc.)
- Setting on Min Balance and SNP's effectively to ensure balance between supply and demand.
- Develop, implement and/ or monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to insure that they are accurate and timely.
- Review the results of the perpetual cycle count program to identify necessary recounts and processes to be monitored and provide regular reports on the results.
- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions.
- Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures in an effort to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.
- Provide training and assistance to other teams members in Inventory Control as well as other departments on inventory control best practices, physical parts flow, and virtual parts flow in LX.
- Daily, weekly, and/ or monthly reporting as needed for management as assigned.
- Support Inventory Control activities at EWCs as needed.
- Support/ conduct all special cycle counts as requested - i.e. for New Models, Discontinued Models, CL/CU, weldments, grass catchers, etc.
- Document departmental standard work and KMAS procedures, as well as, assist other departments on standard work or KDoC documents related to parts flow.
- Work with key personnel to effectively communicate any potential issue that could affect production lines.
- Daily, weekly, and/ or monthly reporting as needed for management as assigned
- Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
- High School diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills
- Strong communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proven problem solving abilities and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Must have excellent mathematical skills
- English language competency and legible writing ability
- Three to five years of distribution, warehouse or inventory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Excel and LX (AS400) experience
- Extensive knowledge of Kubota products and assembly process
- Previous experience in a JIT Supply Chain environment
