Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a POS Specialist role in Software Development based in Atlanta.
The business is a pioneer in supplying the restaurant and retail industries in the US with cutting-edge Point of Sale & Business Technology.
The POS Specialist will be in charge of assisting new merchants in understanding and customizing their POS system to run their business more efficiently.
Job Requirements:
1 year of customer service ispreferred.
1 year of restaurant experience is desirable.
Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
Restaurant and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Have a positive outlook and excellent communication skills.
Possess the capacity to effectively manage time, prioritize, and multitask.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Implementing the client menu.
Provide clients with POS fundamentals training.
Be familiar with goods and services extensively to perform system configuration.
Provide professional customer service to ensure client fulfillment.
Manage multiple tasks while working in a team setting.
Update the CRM with inquiries and responses.
