    Faced-paced property management team looking to add a self-motivated Property Service Coordinator to the group to facilitate and oversee maintenance service items to resident-occupied and vacant homes.

    We are seeking someone who is willing to learn new processes with a positive attitude while using creative solutions for problem-solving.

    Some experience with knowledge of home repairs and general maintenance is greatly preferred This position would put you working in a team environment working with inner-office staff, outside vendors, clients, and residents.

    Job Responsibilities Include:


    • Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve service issues through computer software and communication with residents and vendors.
    • Facilitate, monitor, and ensure unit turn completion for vacant properties.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with thirdparty vendors.
    • Perform property inspections as needed for vacant homes, onboarding new properties, and major repairs.
    • Understand budgeting and cost of repairs to ensure making knowledgeable decisions on behalf of our clients.
    • Coordinate and oversee movein, moveout, and renewals inspections.
    • Driving to properties for inspections, property checks, posting notices, etc.
    • Additional propertyrelated duties as needed.
    Qualifications:


    • High school diploma required.
    • High efficiency in computer navigation and willing to learn new software.
    • Experience with Microsoft products including email, Word, and Excel. Teams familiarity is a plus
    • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Compensation available for workrelated travel.
    • Ability to multitask while staying organized.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Work well in highstress situations with support from team.
