Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day management of the Integrated Behavioral Health Department at the Family Medicine Residency program.

Qualifications
- LCSW, Licensed Master Social Worker – Conditional Clinical (LMSW-CC), LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – Conditional (LCPC-C), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Conditional (LMFT-C): ,
- Completed a minimum of sixty (60) hours of alcohol and drug education within the last five (5) years; or Who, within a maximum of five (5) years of initiating service delivery for OHH services, has completed sixty ,
- + Ability to engage patients and team members utilizing the CMH Experience Standards i. I am creating a warming, caring, and non-judgmental environment ii. I am actively listening and seeking information iii. I am honest, truthful, and consistent iv.
