- Preparation of Federal and State partnership tax returns for entities owning commercial real estate.
- Accounting and tax reporting for real estate related transactions such as property acquisitions and dispositions, tax analysis of capital improvements, and 1031 exchanges.
- Maintaining tax depreciation schedules for real estate partnerships.
- Master's Degree in Accounting/Tax plus at least 1 year of experience in public accounting or Industry (licensed CPA is a plus), OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax plus at least 2 years of experience directly related to the above set of tax duties.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with IRS Repair Regs is a plus.
