Job summary
You will be at the forefront of IT service delivery collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high quality fast resolution customer experience.
The ideal candidate is innovative with great problem-solving skills comfortable working on core application administration creating workflows data management scripting and process automation.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- Partner with cross functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
