- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop prehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement behavior support strategies effectively.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and make data-driven decisions to modify interventions as needed.
- Develop and implement safety plans to address potential risks and ensure the well-being of individuals under our care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff members on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations.
- Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and/or other behavioral challenges.
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and designing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
