    Hourly Wage:
    $15.74/Regular/Full-TimeLocation: White SwanIncumbent is responsible to provide custodial services for the Yakama Nation White Swan Health Clinic and Ambulance. Will maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the WSHC, grounds area, and parking lot. Duties are varied and work is performed on a daily basis. Trips to and from Toppenish as needed.


    Examples of Work Performed:

    Maintains outdoor premises in an orderly condition sweep or shovel snow from all walkways, removes trash from premises, grounds area, and parking lot.

    Keep grounds looking clean and neat. Sweeps, vacuums, and mop floors in clinic daily. Washes walls, windows, mirrors, and doors to maintain cleanliness of the facility for public and staff. Cleans and disinfects toilets, showers, and sinks in all restrooms of facility. Maintains soap, toilet tissue, paper towel dispensers are always filled. Receives and maintains cleaning supply inventory in proper location. Driving to pick up medications and/or supplies as needed from Toppenish WA back to WSHC. Complete any work orders to YN Facilities for work that cannot be completed by staff on site. Performs other related work as assigned.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Complies with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
    Knowledge of Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or willingness to learn.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    Ability to understand and implement oral and written instructions.
    Ability to work independently, productively, and be self-motivated.
    Work is performed with independence upon learning routine and schedule.


    Minimum Requirements:
    High School Diploma or GEDPrevious custodial work history.
    Must have a current First Aid/CPR card or obtain one within 6 months of hire. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License with the ability to obtain a Yakama Nation Driving permit. Required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
    Enrolled Yakama Preference, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
