- Minimum of 2+ years experience in an inpatient care. Clinical competence in appropriate area of nursing practice. Other requirements are dependent on type/current needs of the unit.
- Managerial and leadership experience is preferred.
- Completion of a Nursing Degree required
- BS in Nursing preferred
- Current license as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
