- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in appropriate field.
- Two years of experience in accounting or transportation, including one year in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a school district.
- Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and be willing and able to pass tests for Pennsylvania School Bus Operators Certificate.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Directors may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Successful experience in customer relations
