    *We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on renovation work within the commercial real estate sector.

    *Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial renovation projects from initiation to completion.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
    • Proactively identify and address any project risks, issues, or changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant paperwork.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency, quality, and profitability.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to commercial real estate and construction management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field desired.
    • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in commercial project management, with a significant focus on renovation projects.
    • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Construction, Prior field experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices, regulations, and standards.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera, etc.).
    • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.

    $85, $125,000.00 per year
