    Are you in?PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Assist with the implementation of a diverse set of projects, including (a) customer satisfaction measurement, tracking and benchmarking, (b) image and brand equity research, (c) needs-based market segmentation, (d) new product and service concept testing and demand forecasting, (e) customer assessment of products and services, (f) ad and copy testing, (g) communications and issues management research, and (h) industry assessment.

    Many of the projects will require use of licensed on-line survey tools. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Executes research projects and assists with identifying strategic and tactical insights as they relate to research and business objectives.

    Execution of market research will include use of on-line survey tools including survey programming and data analysis. (60%)Assists with developing and providing timely and actionable research findings to internal clients. (20%)Assists Senior Market Research Analysts with planning, execution and analysis quantitative and qualitative research projects. (20%)JOB SCOPE Position will work across multiple departments to execute and assist with the development, analysis and provision of multiple research projectsQualifications:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
    Bachelor's degree required in customer insights, market research, marketing, statistics, economics, psychology or computer science or other applicable field of study

    Experience:
    Minimum - 4 years or equivalent in customer insights, marketing research or data analysis.

    Analytical AbilitiesProven ability to execute research, extrapolate and integrate data, extract insights and draw conclusions, and develop clear, concise reports.


    Communication Skills:
    Ability to use customer insights, research and data analysis to help develop conclusions and actionable recommendations. Good oral and written communication skills.
    In lieu of degree, 3-6 years of relevant experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
    Bachelors degree required in market research, marketing, statistics, economics, engineering, psychology or computer science or other applicable field of study

    Experience:
    Minimum - 3 years or equivalent in marketing research or data analysis.
    Analytical Abilities Proven ability to execute market research, extrapolate and integrate data, draw conclusions, and develop clear, concise reports.


    Communication Skills:
