    The Nurse Manager II provides leadership and operational oversight for hospital based nursing units, ensuring safe, high quality, and compliant patient care. This role leads care delivery models, clinical practice standards, staffing and resource utilization across assigned departments while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

    Key responsibilities include

    managing daily operations, supporting staff development and performance, addressing patient and family concerns, maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance, and overseeing equipment, supplies, and medications. The Nurse Manager II drives quality improvement initiatives, supports emergency preparedness, manages budgets and payroll, and leads teams in a twenty four hour, seven day operational environment. xhuatnn Clinical expertise is maintained, with hands on support provided as needed.

    Critical Information

    • Minimum five years of patient care experience

    • BSN with at least five years of experience in clinical healthcare, business operations, or a related field

    • Minimum four years of leadership experience

    • Oregon Registered Nurse license required at hire

    • Basic Life Support required at hire

    Job Requirements

    • Cath Lab experience required

    • PALS certification preferred

    • ANCC certification in a related specialty preferred
