    Description
    The Asian Cuisine Cook is responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage department by preparing and cooking various Asian cuisine dishes for casino guests. Duties include handling prep work, assists with line cooking, organizes walk in storage and keeps work area clean and orderly at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $23.19/hr increasing to $26.09/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

    Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience & Requirements:
  • At least two years of Asian Cuisine cooking experience is required
  • Must have valid Washington State food handler's card
    Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and have good paced mobility for long periods of time
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must possess good manual and finger dexterity to use small cooking utensils
  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
    Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
