    Order Management Associate Manager

    The Business Transformation Association Manager - OM is responsible of driving continuous improvement culture across Niagara processes by leading Order Management Initiatives which are aimed at improving the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of Niagara. This role is heavily focused Order-to-Cash business process optimizations, KPI development, strategic discussion through cross functional collaborations across Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, Sales, Business Intelligence, and IT departments to ensure Niagara's strategic goals are achieved. The candidate should possess strong skills in communication, problem solving through technical expertise in relevant tools and is capable of practicing project management disciplines in a collaborative manner.

    Essential Functions

    Business Transformation - Order Management. Strong moral and ethical standards to lead by example

    • Responsible to consistently capturing of voice of the customer within Niagara to identify pain points in processes and solutions to support driving system and process enhancements.
    • Defines, lead and implements change management strategies to ensure buy-in and support for order management initiatives including communication planning and implementation.
    • Execute effective facilitation of cross functional collaboration and project management deliverables.
    • Ensures consistent capturing of voice of the customer within Niagara to identify pain points in processes and solutions.
    • Develop forward-looking plans and process improvements, generating alignment with all stakeholders to foster strong collaboration foundations.
    • Supports all Niagara teams with the identification of improvement opportunities by analyzing key performance indicators and metrics to find improvement opportunities and assist in providing cost-effective solutions utilizing six-sigma analysis tools and techniques.
    • Ensures Niagara benefits from current thinking on relevant business optimization and industry priorities

    Leadership Development - Effectively lead, manage, and develop talent on the team.

    • Set expectations and accountabilities for the team to create a culture of open, honest, and timely feedback to foster a continuous improvement growth environment.
    • Responsible for talent development, career paths and candidate pipeline development.
    • Solicit feedback through business functions partnerships and incorporating feedback into execution.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualifications:
      • 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
      • 4 Years - Experience in Supply Chain Functional Position
      • 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects

    Education

    • Minimum Required:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Manufacturing and other related fields or equivalent experience
    • Preferred:
      • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Manufacturing and other related fields or equivalent experience

    Typical Compensation Range

    Pay Rate Type: Salary$106, $148,430.00 / Yearly
