    The Role

    We're looking for a Senior Associate, Consulting who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Consultant, you will analyze our insurance clients' business and technology challenges and build creative solutions to drive transformation. You will be responsible for participating in the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with clients and team members, and building industry and domain expertise. Specifically, as a Business Analyst, you have the opportunity to deliver immediate value to clients by working with a project-based team of consultants.

    As a Guidewire Business Analyst, you will work within specialized Guidewire project teams and partner with our customers to assess and document business requirements and functional specifications.

    Responsibilities


    • You will play the key role, bridging the gap between technical and business teams to ensure applications are developed to required specifications


    • Documentation of business requirements for assigned project/s


    • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers throughout the organization


    • Document the results of analysis activities using the appropriate tools and techniques


    • Produce documentation in accordance with prevailing client standards and methodologies


    • An ability to consult and liaise at many levels within the organization


    • Identify and communicate areas of potential business risk.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field.

    · Background in Management Education - Master's degree preferred.

    Required Skills:


    • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within Guidewire Insure Now experience as a must.


    • Insurance domain knowledge; claims, underwriting/policy, billing.


    • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills


    • Be motivated and enthusiastic, able to work as part of a larger team and able to adapt quickly to demanding environments


    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organization


    • Strong analytical skills – particularly in relation to business and technology processes


    • Proven capacity for creative thinking – providing initiative and innovation


    • Ability to understand and apply a structured approach to activities


    • Successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    Applications will be accepted until 4/30/2024.

    The annual salary for this position is between $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
