Are you a finance expert who can manage daily accounting activities while keeping an eye on profits? You could be a great fit for our Accounting Manager position. We need a dedicated specialist who can oversee internal control systems, adjust them as needed to boost profitability, handle payroll, forecast monthly, reconcile ledger accounts, and set yearly budgets. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting or finance, with at least three years of management experience in client services.

$75,000 - $95,000 annually DOE

• Supervise daily accounting operations and support the team
• Lead the accounts receivable team for billing and collections
• Manage accounts payable and client billing for expenses
• Review daily revenue activities, balance ledger accounts, and resolve any discrepancies
• Oversee biweekly payroll processing
• Update cash forecasts weekly
• Create financial and managerial reports

• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in QBO
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong customer service, management, relationship, and communication skills
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
