- $70,000 to $80,000 a year (based on experience level)
- Hybrid Work Schedule; Monday and Friday Remote
- Employer contributes up to 85% for health benefits, NYS Employees' Retirement System, and 40 days Annual Paid Leave
- Develop, moderate, and deliver training and governance team retreats, workshops, podcasts or webinars, virtually and in-person
- Research topical areas, design curriculum, compile resource materials and build presentations
- Identify member professional development needs regarding governance leadership, including the interpersonal relationships between school board members
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience teaching, delivering training and/or developing curriculum
- Travel within NY State (excluding NYC), including occasional overnights, is required
- Excellent written, public speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills required
