    Helper/Grinder

    This is a non-exempt hourly position in our production department.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Operate grinding equipment to produce high-quality products.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing waste material as needed.
    • Assist with material handling and inventory management tasks.

    Requirements: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, communicate effectively with team members, work under supervision, demonstrate attention to detail, and multitask. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently during an 8-10 hour shift. Hours may vary including overtime and weekends based on needs. Additional duties include wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe safety shoes.
