Position Summary: This role involves providing Clinical Mental Health Services to children, families, and adults in a community mental health clinic. It includes intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services. Remote work is possible one day a week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments, diagnoses, and culturally sensitive treatment for individuals
• Facilitate therapy groups
• Develop clinical treatment plans focusing on client strengths and goals
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources
• Maintain confidentiality and records as per guidelines
• Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements: This position involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, talking, and hearing. Driving ability is required.

Non-Physical Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work or Behavioral Sciences
• Experience in outpatient settings with children, families, and adults
• Mental Health Professional designation or eligibility

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

• Compliance with the Addendum on Disclosure of Outside Employment
