- Set up and repair assembly and packaging machinery
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
- Install and troubleshoot plant machinery
- Support Production/Maintenance tasks as required
- Collaborate with Production staff to address quality and safety issues
- Maintain accurate maintenance records for equipment performance tracking
- Identify and report equipment issues promptly
- Be willing to work overtime when needed
- Provide on-call assistance as necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Associate degree in maintenance technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Automation experience is required
- Proficient in Maintenance practices and safety regulations
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and Production requirements
- Basic welding skills
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively
- Experience with repairing complex machinery
- Familiarity with PLC's is important, but the focus should be on mechanical skills
