Primary Function:

Lead manufacturing and facilities projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

Establish and maintain relationships with peers and Manager, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes necessary for successful completion.

Job Responsibilities:
*Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks*Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget*Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical and physical feasibility*Ensure resource availability and allocation*Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project*Coordinate with internal and external parties for the successful execution of projects Manage relationships between vendors and company.*Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools*Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks*Report and escalate to upper management issues when needed*Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.*Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be correctable to 20/40(x) Hearing Adequate to communicate over the phone and engage in normal conversation (x) Other Licensure required to operate a motor vehicle; industrial powered truck or similar device up to 20 times/shift

Four Year Degree in Project Management from an Accredited School with 2+ years of relevant experiencePreferred:10+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing in addition to Degree
