Job summary
The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including caulking drywall repair touch up painting testing all locks and key sets assisting in inspection of property maintaining exterior lighting ground equipment repair preventative maintenance maintaining grounds and common areas including picking up trash sweeping sidewalks driveways snow removal etc assisting Maintenance Technician Porter Housekeeper as necessary pool maintenance Must be available on notice in event of snow ice other site emergencies.- Active valid drivers license personal vehicle.
- Live within 30-minute commute properties.
- HVAC EPA CFC Certification preferred.
