    Description


    As a Director of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and leading the brand strategy for Moore, ensuring that it reflects the company's vision, values, and goals. You will also supervise and mentor two designers who create and execute the visual identity and design standards for Moore across all channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and other marketing leaders to ensure the brand strategy aligns with Moore's marketing objectives and target markets. You will also be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

    Requirements

    Essential Functions
    • Develop and implement the brand strategy for Moore, including positioning, messaging, value proposition, materials, and differentiation
    • Oversee and guide the design and production of all brand assets, such as logos, colors, fonts, icons, images, videos, templates, and guidelines
    • Ensure that the brand identity and design standards are consistently applied and maintained across all channels and touchpoints
    • Manage and mentor two designers, providing feedback, direction, and support
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective and engaging marketing materials and campaigns that reflect Moore's brand strategy and support its marketing objectives
    • Create compelling marketing and sales materials
    • Establish, measure, and report on brand and marketing results and use these data to improve future results
    • Build trusted internal and external relationships
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in branding and design, and apply them to Moore's brand strategy and design standards
    • Champion the brand internally, ensuring that all employees understand and embody the brand values and voice
    • Develop and manage the brand's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
    • Other duties as requested
    Required Skills & Abilities
    • Bachelor's degree. Education in marketing, design, communication, or related field a plus
    • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that support sales goals
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels
    • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights and generate innovative and effective marketing solutions
    • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
    • Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals
    • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
    • Experience with web design and development preferred
