    Job Description:

    • What is the scope of work/project for this position?
    o Execution of hardware ATPs on SABR systems (Antennas, REPs, LRMs) in a lab on a system bench.

    • What is the technical environment?
    o It's a technical lab environment with a system bench, PCs, and test equipment (spec an, etc.)

    • Based on the job description what does a typical day look like?
    o HW testing occurs everyday. There's quite a bit of throughput that goes through system bench. So, Antennas and REPs are constantly being tested and there's always some waiting in the wings.

    • What is the training process for this role?


    o Once cleared to the area, the individual would shadow the other engineers in the lab to learn the processes.

    Training timeline is around 1-2 months depending on the individual.

    • SABR Hardware Test – execution of hardware ATPs on SABR systems (Antennas, REPs, LRMs) in lab on system bench (Bay 15/17). Shift work (0500 –
    • Desired skills:
    o H/W test experience (Test & Troubleshoot)

    o Radar experience (System Bench)

    o Matlab (MATE)

    o Test equipment experience (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscope, etc.)

    o SAP (writing QNs)

    o H/W tracker updates

    o Security procedures

    o Communication with engineers

    o Documentation (benchlogs, etc.)

    o PAO purge & fill
