    *POSITION:
    *Clinical Director- Requires Travel**Description*:
    Recovery Unplugged owns and operates multiple Substance Abuse Treatment Centers in the United States. We are headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are currently seeking a Clinical Director to oversee and manage our clinical programs in our South Florida locations.

    This role will be responsible for the daily supervision and oversight of the Clinical Team, to include Therapists, Group Facilitators and Clinical Managers.

    The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical activity at two locations in Lake Worth, FL (Residential Treatment and Detox Treatment Center) and Fort Lauderdale, FL (IOP/PHP Programs).

    This role reports directly to our Executive Director in South Florida.

    This role will be required to office at our Lake Worth, FL Treatment Center location; and will have responsibility for Clinical Operations Supervision in both Lake Worth, FL and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

    *POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**EDUCATION:
    Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, behavioral health or equivalent field of study. MUST be licensed in the State of Florida.

    *EXPERIENCE:
    Clinical License and experience with clinical leadership/supervision in a Residential Care setting REQUIRED.

    *LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
    Clinical License *REQUIRED*State licensure in Mental Health or Social Work - State of *Florida**LMHC or LMSW**SKILLS/ABILITIES:
    Ability to work well with peers, superiors and direct reports. Strong interpersonal skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to business and client needs

    Experience and Ability to work with modern technology platforms for this role (KIPU, Salesforce, Microsoft Products, etc.)

    Strong understanding of related compliance and corporate integrity topics and laws related to healthcare and the treatment industry

    Strong knowledge of addiction treatment models

    Set an example with team for ethical behavior at all times with clients, families, coworkers and other professionals.

    $90, $100,000.00 per year
