    Statement of Work:

    A Project Coordinator is responsible for aligning activities, deliverables and resources across multiple projects to optimize efficiency, effectiveness and oversight. They promote and participate in consistent standardized project management processes and tools while serving as an integrative hub to improve visibility through consolidated reporting to stakeholders. Project coordinators also assess and enhance project performance, controls and project team collaboration to enable programs to achieve strategic objectives.

    Deliverables:

    This role leads and contributes to the following anticipated deliverables. Deliverables may include additional outcomes not identified below.

    • Project Managers with project related coordination, across an array of project activities as needed.
    • in updating/developing templates, knowledge management systems and communications tools deployed across all projects.
    • project artifacts and performance for standards compliance, quality assurance, and identification of improvements.
    • performance trends, compile lessons learned, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to project management standards and governance.
    • project reporting and status updates.
    • and report on project status, resource utilization, and capacity issues.
    • engagements with PMO project tracking solution for initiatives across all portfolio types.

    • Able to balance and progress numerous coordinator responsibilities simultaneously. Comfort with switching contexts often.

    • Aptitude - Proficiency with PM tools/software. Quick learner of new systems and able to create support documentation.
