- Analyzing claim documents
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
- Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members
- A High level of customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Litigation experience preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus

This is a remote position.
Paradigm in seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to support our client, a global leader in the legal services space. Customer service is a crucial part of this role as a large portion of time will be spent communicating with customers or clients via phone and email. Must have an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction to be considered for this role.Type: 12 Month Contract
