Join Our Team:
Esse Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Fenton Family Medicine office located at 714 Gravois Rd
Opportunity:
- Part-time opening - 24 hours a week
- 3 days a week - you pick the days (Monday - Friday)
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Prefer 3+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Outpatient focused clinical practice
- Not benefit eligible
Day-to-Day:
- Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master's Degree
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
