- Develop and communicate a compelling vision for enhancements, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales and marketing enablement strategies.
- Offer strategic support in preparing comprehensive briefing packages and presentations for high-level leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, retail media, ad operations, or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and initiatives, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong expertise in overseeing and maintaining easily digestible business requirement documentation for various levels of seniority within an organization.
- Experience in the advertising world or digital media, understanding industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable interfacing with and presenting to executive leadership within a large organization.
- Proficiency in digital media strategies, including online advertising, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
- Experience in sales operations and analysis, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
- Proven ability to identify and implement fit gap solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
