Provide and promote exceptional customer service assist in preparing and dispensing medications and supplies enter new and refill prescriptions in the computer system work with physician offices to obtain refill requests handle cash register transactions receive patient prescriptions unpack verify stock-to-invoices help maintain the pharmacy in proper order.
- Receive prescriptions from patients gather appropriate information per department policy.
- Verify insurance resolve issues for customers address third party prescription questions.
