Description
Client is a GMP manufacturing facility specializing in crafting top-tier products .Driven by a dedication to excellence and innovation, we are actively seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, nurturing a positive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and impartially.
Ensure adherence to company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
Conduct investigations when necessary.
Talent Acquisition :
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, participate in the selection process, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
Performance Management:
Partner closely with managers to implement performance management initiatives.
Offer guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and career advancement opportunities.
Training and Development:
Identify training requirements and work with the training department to execute relevant programs.
Provide support for employee development through mentoring and coaching.
Compliance and Reporting:
Guarantee compliance with GMP regulations and pertinent HR laws.
Prepare and submit required reports concerning HR metrics and workforce analytics.
Health and Safety:
Work alongside safety teams to promote a secure working environment.
Assist in driving initiatives related to employee health and well-being.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a GMP manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in GMP regulations and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
HR certification such as PHR or SPHR is advantageous.
