- Lead the planning, development, coordination, and direction of mid-level to moderately scoped projects, or assist in guiding surveying programs of limited complexity.
- Participate in the conceptualization, planning, and research of problem areas with moderate scope and complexity, employing unconventional approaches and sophisticated research techniques.
- Apply advanced theories, concepts, and principles within your area of expertise, staying updated on industry developments to recommend program changes or new initiatives.
- Supervise survey department staff, professionals, and technicians, ensuring progress aligns with overall objectives and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through effective communication and participation in local civic organizations and events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in Georgia as a requirement, with registration in additional states desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD/Terramodel CADD software.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver exemplary customer service.
- Capacity to work independently and complete assignments within prescribed parameters and standard practices.
