    Description -

    The Software Service Operations Design intern role will primarily be responsible for working directly with the business line and regional teams to assist with processing, collecting, analyzing, and updating data for software upgrade projects The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of existing day to day software upgrade processes, work directly with customers, project managers and technical specialists to build and develop a qualified pipeline of software upgrades and to ensure process adherence through data analysis.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for building internal stakeholder relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction during the project. The intern will work closely with other Elekta team members to complete the required task(s). The success of the intern relies strongly on his/her ability to communicate, document, and follow established processes


    Responsibilities -

    • Manage process of customer data collection and evaluation to enable success of software upgrade projects.
    • Manage process of data analysis to work with regional teams to ensure process adherence and data integrity.
    • Document data collected in system of record, SalesForce.
    • Support and further assigned project(s) or task(s) as per established procedures, as well as document and communicate the status.
    • Document modifications to process/documentation to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain appropriate communications and effective working relationships between the various functional areas within service and the commercial organization.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Head of Software Service Operations Design.

    Qualifications -

    • Familiarity with Microsoft desktop and server operating systems (Windows Server 2022)
    • High proficientcy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Detail-oriented
    • Exhibit a high level of professionalism
    • Exceptionally organized and able to multi-task and effectively prioritize
    • Works effectively, independently and to deadlines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Readily takes initiative
