    **Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN – Labor & Delivery**

    **Job Description**
    - **Position:** Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery
    - **Start Date:** ASAP
    - **Duration:** 8 weeks
    - **Shift:** NIGHTS (7 PM - 7 AM)
    - **Schedule:** Every other weekend required; 2 call shifts during the assigned period

    **Key Requirements:**
    - Minimum of 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
    - Active AR or multistate RN license
    - Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
    - Postpartum experience preferred

    **Role Overview:**
    - Provide exceptional care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care
    - Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies
    - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care
    - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
    - Effectively delegate patient care priorities based on staff experience and qualifications
    - Offer direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
