Duties:

Coordinates, directs and reviews complex tax and accounting engagementsSupervises engagement teamDevelop specialized technical proficiencyTake increased responsibility for effective staff utilizationCritical Thinking, decision-making and problem solving skillsResponsible for budgets and realizationCommunity engagement and volunteeringRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's in TaxationCPA certification is a must Candidates should possess six to eight years of advancing experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance within the public accounting realmExpertise in handling Corporate, S-Corp.

, and/or Partnership tax returns is essentialDemonstrated proficiency in analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology aspects, including US GAAP, tax compliance, corporate consolidated returns, consolidated federal tax returns, partnership returns, and combined state tax returnsProven track record of delivering exceptional client service and possessing strong communication skills, including the ability to cultivate and sustain excellent client relationshipsDemonstrated leadership abilities, with strengths in business development, recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoringMust be eligible to work for any employer in the United StatesBenefitsSalary:
