    Description

    Job Title

    A Licensed Vocational Nurse position is available in Pasadena, Burbank, and Glendale areas. Practicare Home Health seeks a skilled LVN to join our home health team, providing exceptional patient care and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow through with the Plan of Care by observing and assessing patients' body systems and maintaining continuity of services.
    • Provide thorough and ongoing clinical education for staff members.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, treating patients, families, physicians, and staff with dignity and respect.

    Qualifications

    • Current LVN License in the state of California.
    • Highly motivated individual with a passion for working with seniors and blending healthcare and hospitality service philosophies.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Requirements

    • Active LVN License in the state of California.
    • Dependable transportation, current driver's license, and auto insurance.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position.
    • TB testing and annual flu vaccinations.

    Preferred Experience

    • Home health experience preferred but not necessary: 1 year.
