    Southern Painting, the leading residential painting company in Texas, is experiencing tremendous growth in the North Houston area. We are currently accepting applications for a Residential Painting Service Manager to help service and grow our business.

    Candidates with project management, construction, remodeling, or home services experience will be considered for this position which offers excellent opportunities for advancement.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Communicate clearly with Southern Painting's customers
    • Provide superior customer service and follow–up
    • Job site inspections and Independent contractor coordination
    • Track and organize material receipts and expenses
    • Develop affiliate relationships with other home services companies

    Qualifications:

    • Customer Service, Home Improvement experience helpful
    • Construction, Remodeling background a plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team atmosphere
    • Commitment to excellence with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

    Compensation includes a base salary, company vehicle, and a lucrative commission/bonus structure
