**Job Details**
**Description**
The world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star is the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. In addition to serving as the home to the entire football operations and practice fields, The Ford Center at The Star also includes a multipurpose, 12,000 seat, indoor stadium that will provide facilities for use by the Cowboys, City of Frisco and Frisco ISD football and soccer games. The facility includes the Cowboys Club: a workspace and membership club connecting work, leisure and culture for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders with a passion for the Dallas Cowboys.
The Receptionist is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Membership Manager.
**Essential Job Functions**
Greets persons entering establishment, determines nature of business and announces members and guests to appropriate personnel.
Anticipates member reservations and warm greeting by name.
Monitors members and guests access.
Monitor front desk supplies and notify manager when needs replenishment.
Address member concerns or issues effectively with a sense of urgency and politeness.
Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks throughout the day.
Ensures cleanliness of front desk, lobby and other surrounding areas.
Attends to members needs in regards to coat check and other special requests.
Communicate effectively with guests, all levels of management and co-workers.
Build good relationship and report with members to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the club.
Assists with other administrative duties as assigned by manager.

**Required Qualifications:**

Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Must have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume area.

Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds;
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
**Environmental Working Conditions:**
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
