    Sr. Business Operations Analyst – Mclean, VA

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Analyst (Attorney) to work on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be well versed in finance, transactional law and have commercial real estate experience. This candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. This is a long term contract opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary focus will be working with the legal team on transactional matters
    • Create and manage internal documents efficiently including but not limited to all aspects of loan management, asset based transactions
    • Support all aspects of the securitization process and mortgage servicing
    • Collaborate with members of the legal department on ad hoc basis and prioritize assignments with minimal direction

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • J.D. from an accredited law school required
    • 7 to 10 years of legal experience working with commercial real estate, finance and/or transactional law
    • Active and good standing with the Bar Association
    • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to demonstrate a client first mentality by keeping consistent communication with internal and external vendors as needed
