    Chef Thomas Keller's New York destination, Per Se, is seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join the culinary brigade as a Commis to collaborate on the dessert and bread programs.

    Located in the Deutsche Bank Center at Columbus Circle, Per Se is Chef Keller's acclaimed New York interpretation of The French Laundry. The three-Michelin starred restaurant presents a nightly-changing Chef's Tasting menu highlighting American cuisine with French influences.

    Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 1 year of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.

    Description du profil :
    • Under the direction of the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine, perform assigned responsibilities necessary for production of items for the restaurant, in keeping with the standards of food quality and cleanliness.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 1 year of relevant working experience
    • State Health Certificate
    • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the predominant language of the property
    • Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
    • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
    • Able to work in a stnadinf position for long periods of time
